Epóxico termofijo poliamínico de dos componentes 100% sólidos. El producto es un líquido viscoso color amarillento.
Cumple con la Norma ASTM-C- 881, Tipo V, Grado 2 y Clase C
Usos
- Por las características especiales derivadas de las resinas epoxi, este producto está especialmente diseñado como Adhesivo para unir concreto nuevo a viejo, para una gran variedad de necesidades en la construcción como son:
- Continuación de colados de concreto.
- Reparaciones estructurales en elementos tales como: trabes, columnas, losas, muros, pisos industriales, etc.
- Aumento de sección en columnas, trabes y muros.
- Reparación de firmes de concreto o colocación de sobrepisos
- Reparaciones o aumento de secciones en muros de silos, tanques o depósitos para tratamiento de aguas.
Ventajas
- Brinda continuidad estructural entre concreto existente y nuevo.
- Mantiene su adhesión en concretos que posteriormente estén sumergidos en agua.
- Las uniones no resultan afectadas por la alcalinidad del concreto.
- Puede aplicarse en superficies húmedas (no mojadas).
- Puede ser aplicado en condiciones de interiores y exteriores.
- No pierde sus propiedades en superficies expuestas hasta 70°C
- Adherencia sobre mármol, granito, terrazo y otros materiales.
- La unión resiste mayores esfuerzos mecánicos que el concreto normal
Instrucciones de Aplicación
1. Preparación de superficie
Concreto: Endurecido, limpio, seco y estructuralmente sano, retire partes flojas o mal adheridas por medio mecánico. Para lograr adherencia total, es recomendable eliminar la cascarilla de sangrado del cemento para llegar a los agregados (martelinado). Para hacer la operación más rápida, se puede picar la superficie del elemento de concreto con una martelina. Utilice aire a presión para eliminar el polvo.
2. Mezclado
Fester Epoxine 200: Los componentes deben ser mezclados perfectamente (parte “B” en la parte “A”), arrastrando el material de las paredes del bote, logrando la incorporación total hasta obtener una apariencia uniforme (La mezcla se logra en máximo 2 minutos). El material mezclado tiene una vida útil en el envase de 1 hora a 25°C, esta puede variar dependiendo de la temperatura ambiente, para alargar el tiempo se recomienda extender el material en una charola.
Nota: Es importante que las partes “A” y “B” correspondan al mismo número de lote. Mezcle unidades completas y nunca altere las proporciones de mezcla de sus componentes.
Una vez que se ha terminado de mezclar las dos partes del producto, es necesario proceder a la aplicación del producto, tomando en cuenta que la reacción química de curado ya comenzó y que la reacción está directamente influenciada por la temperatura ambiente, en la medida que haga mas calor más rápido endurecerá el producto y viceversa, entre más frío haga más tardará el producto en endurecer (observar dato de pot life y tiempo de secado).
El producto mezclado tiene una vida útil en el envase de 1 hora a 25 °C aproximadamente.
3. Aplicación
Con la superficie previamente preparada y siguiendo las demás indicaciones, aplique el Fester Epoxine 200 sin diluir por medio de brocha o cepillo cubriendo totalmente la superficie procurando que el material penetre en todas las irregularidades. Una vez que la superficie ha sido cubierta totalmente, vacíe el concreto o mortero inmediatamente o mientras aún este fresco el Fester Epoxine 200.
Rendimiento
10 -12 mils.
El rendimiento puede variar en función de la temperatura

Evite altere las proporciones de los componentes.
Es importante que las partes “A” y “B” correspondan al mismo número de lote.
Una vez aplicado Fester Epoxine 200, no deje endurecer sin aplicar el colado a unir.
No aplique en superficies contaminadas.
No exponga las unidades a los rayos solares mientras esperan ser mezcladas.
Fester Epoxine 200 requiere mano de obra y supervisión especializada.
