Descripción
Es un compuesto de curado líquido color blanco. Aplicado sobre la superficie del concreto fresco, seca rápidamente dejando adherida una película continua, flexible y de color blanquecino, que actúa de barrera contra la evaporación del agua y repele el calor solar. De tal modo, el concreto completa su fraguado en presencia de la humedad necesaria para la concreta hidratación del cemento. MasterKure CC 127 cumple con los requerimientos de retención de agua de la norma ASTM C 309 y CRD C300.

- Para curar superficies de concreto horizontales y verticales, lisas o rigorosas, en interiores y exteriores.
- Para curar pisos de concreto con endurecedores de superficies y coronamientos MasterTop 100 y MasterTop 200.
- Para curar coronamientos Master 300 y MasterTop 301.
- Para curar grouts MasterFlow y morteros.

Almacene en recipientes sin abrir en un área limpia, seca y a una temperatura entre 4 y 29 °C (40 y 85 °F).
Forma de Aplicación
Preparación de la superficie
- El concreto recién colocado debe acabarse adecuadamente. Las superficie estará lista para la aplicación cuando esté húmeda, no mojada y cuando no se dañe con tráfico peatonal.
- Las superficies existentes de concreto deben ser limpiadas y reparadas antes de la aplicación. La superficie debe estar limpia, seca y libre de polvo, aceite, grasa, selladores y cualquier otro contaminante superficial que pueda inhibir la adherencia adecuada del material.
Aplicación
- Mezcle bien el material antes de aplicar.
- Este producto se aplica tan pronto haya desaparecido el agua libre existente en la superficie del concreto fresco, lo cual ocurre entre 1/2 hora a 2 horas luego de aislado, dependiendo del clima y del tipo de concreto.
- La colocación se hace mediante un rociador, en forma pareja y homogénea para distribuirlo bien. Aconsejamos hacer menos dos pasadas, una en sentido cruzado respecto de la otra, hasta completar la cantidad de 1 litro de líquido en 5 m2 de superficie.
- En caso de concretos endurecidos bajo cimbras, se emplea igualmente MasterKure CC 127 para continuar el curado luego del desmolde. Para ello, se moja bien el concreto y una vez desaparecida el agua superficie, rocía con MasterKure CC 127.
Limpieza
Limpie las herramientas inmediatamente después de su uso con agua tibia y jabón.
Para mejor desempeño
- En caso de lluvia antes de que la película se haya secado, conviene retocar las partes que pudieran haberse afectado.
- No permite que se congele. Si ocurriese, no utilice el material.
- La adecuada aplicación del producto es responsabilidad del usuario. Toda visita de campo realiza por el personal de BASF tiene como fin único el hacer recomendaciones técnicas y no el supervisar o proporcionar control de calidad en el lugar de la obra completamente seco antes que se exponga al agua o puede emblanquecer.
