Mortero autonivelante de 2 componentes para nivelación de pisos, elaborado con base en cemento mejorado con resinas sintéticas, para espesores de medios a altos.
Usos
- Como mortero de altas resistencias mecánicas y de completa reducción de permeabilidad sobre bases de concreto, mortero, piedra y acero.
- Como mortero de reparación para pisos de concreto, en bodegas, industrias, tanques, albercas, carreteras, puentes, túneles, etc.
- Como mortero de nivelación y relleno de cavidades de estructuras de concreto.
- Como mortero de anclaje para postes, columnas, bases de maquinaria, etc.
- Para elaborar Pisos antideslizantes.

- Fácil colocación debido a su fluidez.
- Resistente al agua y al aceite.
- Muy buena adherencia a soportes de concreto.
- Altas resistencias mecánicas.
- No ataca las armaduras, ni elementos mecánicos.
- No es corrosivo ni tóxico.
Modo de Empleo
Preparación de la superficie
Sustrato de concreto:
La superficie debe estar sana y limpia, libre de partes sueltas, aceites, polvo, residuos de curadores, lechadas de cemento u otras materias extrañas.
Si la superficie es muy lisa, preparar una base rugosa por medios mecánicos.
Saturar la superficie con agua evitando encharcamientos antes de aplicar.
Sustrato de acero:
La superficie debe estar libre de grasa, aceite, oxidación o cascarilla de laminación, con grado de preparación SSPC-SP5 y perfil de anclaje de 3 a 5 mils.
Preparación del producto
En un recipiente de boca ancha se vierte primero el 90% del componente A (líquido) y después el componente B (polvo) en forma gradual, mezclando constantemente con pala o con taladro de bajas revoluciones (máx 400 rpm) hasta obtener un mortero homogéneo, de color uniforme y libre de grumos. Evite introducir aire. Siga mezclando
y agregue el líquido restante en la cantidad necesaria para obtener la consistencia deseada.
Aplicación
Los morteros SikaTop – 111-3 se deben aplicar antes de que transcurran 20 minutos de haberse mezclado (a 20ºC). Vaciar el mortero sobre la base, extendiéndolo con regla o llana dentada, luego se procede a pasar rápidamente sobre él un rodillo de puntas de nylon para expulsar las burbujas de aire atrapado. Para obtener un piso antideslizante, debe esparcirse Sikadur Arena gruesa o media hasta saturar, sobre la superficie del mortero aún fresco y húmedo. El exceso de arena se retira después de 24 horas, barriendo o aspirando. La limpieza de manos y herramientas se hace con agua antes de que el producto se haya endurecido.
Curado
Después de secarse el agua de exudación debe aplicarse inmediatamente el Antisol.
En climas con baja humedad relativa, fuertes vientos y sol, se deben evitar estas condiciones durante la aplicación y/o proteger el mortero con Sikadur Arena en abundancia, o Antisol, o cubrir con un plástico inmediatamente después de que se seque la superficie.
Consumo
SikaTop- 111-3: aprox. 2.2 kg/m2 por cada mm de espesor.
Datos Técnicos
Precauciones
No se debe agregar agua a la mezcla (A+B). Proteger de la lluvia la aplicación durante las primeras 5 horas. Cure las superficies con Antisol Blanco.
No aplicar directamente bajo los rayos directos del sol.
Medidas de Seguridad
En caso de contacto con la piel lavar la zona afectada inmediatamente con agua y jabón. En caso de contacto con los ojos lavar rápidamente con agua abundante durante 15 minutos y acudir al médico. En caso de ingestión no provocar el vómito y consultar al médico. Para mayor información y en caso de derrames consulte la hoja

Almacenamiento
6 (seis) meses en su envase original bien cerrado, en lugar fresco y bajo techo.
