Descripción

Ucrete® RG es una tecnología única de resina de poliuretano de muy alta resistencia mecánica con excepcional resistencia a agresivos químicos, impactos y temperaturas de hasta 120°C.

Ucrete® RG proporciona un acabado de protección con textura lisa para aplicaciones verticales en entornos productivos tanto secos como húmedos. Su superficie densa e impermeable proporciona un acabado ideal para aplicaciones en la industria alimenticia, farmacéutica y química. Los sistemas de pisos Ucrete® han sido ampliamente utilizados en la industria durante más de cuarenta años; muchos de los primeros pisos industriales colocados desde 1969 aún siguen en servicio.

  • Zócalos
  • Trincheras
  • Contención secundaria
  • Bases de tanques
  • Arquetas
  • Fosos de aguas residuales

Características

  • Puede aplicarse sobre una superficie de concreto a partir de los 7 días desde su colocación
  • Puede aplicarse sobre mortero mejorado de nivelación a partir de los 3 días
  • Totalmente curado en menos de 48 horas (en función de la temperatura)
  • Higiénico y no contaminante

  • Bajo mantenimiento – fácil limpieza
  • Limpieza mediante vapor de agua en espesor igual o superior a 9 mm.
  • Rápida puesta en obra. Hasta 9 mm en una sola mano.

 Almacenamiento

Todos los componentes de Ucrete® RG deben almacenarse en lugar seco, elevados del suelo, alejados de la luz directa del sol, protegido de la intemperie, en sus envases originales y en ambientes con temperaturas de 5 a 30°C. Los componentes 1 y 2 deben ser protegidos de la congelación.

Consumo

8 – 9 kg/m2 para un espesor de 4 mm

12 – 13 kg/m2 para un espesor de 6 mm

18 – 20 kg/m² para un espesor de 9 mm

Datos técnicos

Ucrete® RG ofrece una excepcional resistencia a un amplio número de agentes agresivos. Por ejemplo, Ucrete® es resistente a derrames de los siguientes tipos de productos químicos comúnmente utilizados:

  • Ácidos minerales diluidos: clorhídrico, nítrico, fosfórico y sulfúrico.
  • Álcalis diluidos y concentrados, incluyendo el hidróxido de sodio al 50% de concentración.
  • La mayor parte de los ácidos orgánicos diluidos y concentrados.
  • Grasas animales y aceites vegetales, así como esencias y potenciadores de sabor de azúcares.
  • Productos químicos de limpieza y agentes sanitarios.
  • Aceites minerales, keroseno, gasolina, líquido de frenos.
  • Un amplio rango de solventes orgánicos incluyendo el metanol, xileno, éter y disolventes clorados.

Nota: Con algunos productos químicos, pueden aparecer manchas o decoloraciones dependiendo de la naturaleza del derrame y de los procedimientos de limpieza empleados. Se encuentra disponible una tabla de resistencias químicas ampliada. Para una información detallada, consulta previamente a su representante local Master Builders Solutions.

Resistencia a la temperatura

Las resinas de Ucrete® RG no comienzan a reblandecer hasta temperaturas por encima de los 130°C. Totalmente en servicio hasta los 130°C y resistente a derrames ocasionales de hasta 150°C.

Resistencia al impacto

Con altas resistencias mecánicas y un módulo elástico bajo, Ucrete® RG es muy tenaz y capaz de soportar cargas de impacto severas. Teniendo en cuenta que ningún material es indestructible y que eventualmente pueden aparecer delaminaciones superficiales, las rupturas frágiles, que resultan en fisuración y falta de adherencia, son desconocidas en los sistemas Ucrete®.

No contaminante

Ucrete® RG es un producto libre de solventes y material contaminante, según lo ensayado por la Campden & Choreywood Food Research Association.

 Limpieza

Los sistemas de pisos industriales Ucrete® están certificados para utilizarse en instalaciones que operan con el sistema de seguridad alimenicia HACCP. El mantenimiento y la limpieza regular mejorarán la vida y aspecto del piso, conservando la apariencia y reduciendo la tendencia a retener suciedad.

 Permeabilidad

Ucrete® RG muestra una absorción cero cuando se ensaya según CP.BM2/67/2.

Tolerancia a la humedad del soporte

Los sistemas Ucrete® son totalmente tolerantes a la humedad residual del soporte y pueden ser instalados directamente transcurridos 7 días desde la puesta en obra del concreto, o bien sobre concreto viejo de buena calidad con contenidos de humedad elevados, sin la utilización de las imprimaciones (uso de primer) especiales, siempre y cuando exista una adecuada impermeabilización del soporte. Este factor permite la programación rápida de mantenimientos y trabajos de rehabilitación de instalaciones, incluso en zonas de procesado húmedo.

Tiempo de curado

En condiciones normales, los pisos industriales Ucrete® RG pueden ser puestos en servicio a las 24 horas desde su puesta en obra, incluso a 8°C. El curado total se alcanza a las 48 horas.

 Para mejores resultados
  • Utilizar mezclas completas. No añadir ninguna sustancia que pueda modificar las propiedades del recubrimiento.
  • Comprobar la inocuidad de los productos de limpieza a utilizar sobre los recubrimientos Ucrete®.
Especificación

Revestimiento de poliuretano de alta resistencia mecánica para aplicaciones verticales, medias cañas, puntos singulares y encuentros Ucrete® RG de Master Builders Solutions instalado según las instrucciones del fabricante. Un revestimiento Ucrete® RG en 4 mm es totalmente resistente a derrames líquidos hasta los 70°C.

Un revestimiento Ucrete® RG en 6 mm es totalmente resistente a derrames líquidos vertidos hasta los 80°C y puede ser limpiado de forma ligera con vapor. Un revestimiento Ucrete® RG en 9 mm es totalmente resistente a derrames líquidos a alta temperatura y vertidos hasta los 120°C y puede ser totalmente limpiado con vapor.

Cuando exista un contacto prolongado con productos químicos, por ejemplo, en alcantarillas o sumideros, debe utilizarse un espesor de al menos 6 mm. En ambientes con choques térmicos extremos, es esencial un adecuado diseño del soporte con una buena calidad de concreto.
