Descripción

Es un adhesivo y aglomerante epóxico de dos componentes. 100% sólidos, insensible a la humedad, de alta resistencia para diversas aplicaciones. Esta resina epóxica de alto módulo, baja viscosidad es la solución perfecta para aplicaciones de adhesión general y para inyectar grietas en concreto, así como en otros substratos diversos.

Aplicaciones Principales
  • Adhesión de concreto, mampostería o madera.
  • Inyección de resina para sustratos agrietados, estructurales.
  • Pernos de anclaje, pasajuntas o espigas.
  • Relleno de grietas por gravedad en losas de concreto.
  • Mezcle con arena de sílice seca para crear un mortero de reparación.

Información Técnica

Envase / Rendimiento

Dural 452 LV viene en unidades de 3 galones ( 11.4 L) y de 15 galones (56.8 L). La relación de mezcla es de 2:1 por volumen. Para inyección solo (3.8 L) rinde 231 in3 (.004 m3)  de epóxico. Un galones (3.8 L) de epóxico DURAL 452 LV solo mezclando con 3 galones (11.4 L). de arena desílice seca 20/40 rendirá aproximadamente 643 in3 (0.11 m3) de mortero.

2 años almacenado en su empaque original sin abrir.

Normas / Cumplimientos

Dural 452 LV cumple con ASTM C 881-10 Tipo I y IV, Grado 1, Clase C

Cumple con los requerimientos de AASHTO 235 y con USDA.

Instrucciones de uso

Preparación de la superficie.- La superficie debe ser estructuralmente sólida, debe estar seca, libre de grasa, aceites, recubrimientos, polvo, compuestos de curado y otros contaminantes. Deberá retirar la lechada de la superficie. El método preferido de preparación de la superficie es limpieza abrasiva u otro medio mecánico, de acuerdo con ICRI Lineamiento 310.2. Deberá desengrasar las superficies contaminadas con aceite. Retire el concreto defectuoso hasta que quede un material sólido. Dirija las grietas y sopletee y retire los desechos con aire comprimido, sin aceite. Después de la preparación de la superficie es limpieza abrasiva u otro medio mecánico, de acuerdo con ICRI Lineamiento 3120.2. Deberá desengrasar las superficies contaminadas con aceite. Retire el concreto defectuoso hasta que quede un material sólido. Dirija las grietas y sopletee y retire los desechos con aire comprimido, sin aceite.  Después de la preparación de la superficie, la superfici limpia deberá jalar el concreto cuando se pruebe con un probador de tracción o con un elcómetro (ASTM C 4541). Acero: Deberá retirar todos los aceites, grasa, mugre, recubrimientos antiguos y contaminantes químimicos. Deberá limpiar la superficie hasta lograr un terminado metálico casi blanco (SSPC SP10), utilizando un agregado limpio y seco.

Mezclado.- Pre-mezcle la parte A y la B con un motor de baja velocidad y una mezcladora “Jiffy”. Vierta dos partes por volumen de la parte A y una parte por volumen de la parte B en un contenedor limpio y seco y mezcle con un medio mecánico, con lentitud durante 3 a 5 minutos. Raspe los lados y el dando del contenedor de mezclado mientras esté mezclando. No latigue ni airee cuando esté mezclando. Mortero: Agregue gradualmente arena de sílice mesh seca 20 / 40 al epóxico mezclado. Integre bien. La relación de la mezcla de agregado a aglomerante es de alrededor de 3:1 por volumen, pero puede variar dependiendo la consistencia deseada del mortero.

Aplicación.- Las temperaturas de aplicación y de la superficie deben ser por lo menos de 50 °F (10 °C) y elevándose. Pernos de anclaje, pasajuntas, espigas: Dural 452 LV puede utilizarse solo o con un agregado para anclar pernos horizontales. el orificio de perno de anclaje debe estar libre solo o con un agregado para anclar pernos horizontales. El orificio del perno de anclaje debe estar libre de todo desecho antes de realizar el grouting. El tamaño óptimo del orificio es un espacio anular de 1/8 ” (3.2 mm) o con un diámetro más grnade 1/4 ” 6.4 mm) que el diámetro de la barra. La profundidad de la incrustación por lo general es de 10 a 15 veces el diámetro del perno. Reparaciones verticales y elevadas: Aplique dural LV solo como una capa de imprimación sobre la superficie de concreto preparda. Mezcle DURAL 452 LV en un mortero epóxico y aplique al área con llana o espátula en coladas de 1″ a 1 1/2″ ( 25 a 38 mm) antes de que la capa del imprimador pierda su pegajosidad. Deje que frague cada colada antes de aplicar coladas subsecuentes. Grouting a presión: Grietas verticales: Una los puertos de inyección y selle la parte frontal de la grieta con Dural 452 Gel  o con Dural Fast Set Epoxy Gel. Permita que el sellado gelifique para endurecer lo suficiente antes de inyectar. Bombee Dural 452 LV en la gierta con un equipo de inyección a presión de dos componentes; empezando e la parte inferior de la grieta y trabajando hacia arriba. Trabaje de puerto a puerto y cubra los puertos a medida que proceda hacia arriba en la grieta para que la grieta contenga el DURAL 452 LV. NO INYECTE  si el agua se está fugando por la grieta. Consulte al Departamento de Servicio Técnico de EUCOMEX respecto al uso de los productos Dural Aqua-Dam para grietas con fuga. Grietas horizontales: Abra las grietas con medios mecánicos y asegúrese de que la grieta preparada esté libre de todo desecho y agua estancada. La técnica de inyección a presión es la misma que para las grietas verticales. Si está rellenando por gravedad, bombee DURAL 452 LV hasta que las grietas queden completamente cubiertas. Si trabaja sobre gravedad la grieta, de manera que el epóxico no se fugue.

Limpieza

Limpie las herramientas y equipo de aplicación con EUCO SOLVENT o acetona inmediatamente después de utilizarlos, mientras todavía estén húmedos.

Precauciones / Limitaciones
  • Almacene a temperaturas de entre 50 °F a 90 °F ( 10 °C a 32 °C).
  • No adelgace.
  • Proteja contra humedad.
